Cymru Care Training announced its annual Learner of the Year Awards and also its Progress Prizes, for learners studying qualifications through the company.

The Learner of the Year Award for those studying through English as a second language was jointly presented to Rozana Mehes and Cynthia Umweni.

The Level 2 Certificate Learner of the Year Award was presented to Edward Grove.

The Foundation Apprenticeship (Level 2) Learner of the Year Award was presented to Cristina Enache.

The Apprenticeship (Level 3) Learner of the Year Award was jointly presented to Amy Morgan and Tracy Wood.

The Higher Apprenticeship (Level 5) Learner of the Year Award was jointly presented to Usman Jamaldin and Tilly Jo Robinson. 

Progress prizes were awarded to Damien Outen (Level 2), Fiona Evans (Level 3) and Andrew Fuller (Level 5).

 

Each of these learners received their awards from Mr Edward Jones, Managing Director at Cymru Care Training, during the awards ceremony at the company offices in Cross Hands on Wednesday 11th December. Mr Jones said, “We are delighted to present these learners with awards to recognise their superb effort and achievements. Their assessors have been thoroughly impressed with the candidates’ work ethic and with what they have produced during their work-based learning programmes, with Cymru Care Training.”

 

These programmes, led by the Welsh Government, are supported by the European Social Fund.
